Meet and greet the head of House Stark no other than Eddard Stark, known as the Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North, becomes the Hand of the King after Lord Jon Arryn's death. Well known man for his sense of honor and justice. He and Robert Baratheon led the rebellion to unseat Arryn Targaryen from the throne. After the death of Lord Jon Arryn, he refuses to accept the throne but later after she accepted the position of Hand of the King. He doesn’t like politics, and prefers to rule with honor and following the law. As he investigating the cause of death of Lord Jon Arryn, he discovered that all of three Robert's children with Queen Cersei's were fathered by Cersei's twin brother Jaime.
The great role as Eddard Stark was portrayed by no other than Sean Bean, an English veteran stage and screen actor. He is also known for his unforgettable role as Boromir in the The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Anyway have you seen his poster sitting on the magical Iron Throne, holding his great sword? Well, that poster was used as promotional posters and a cover of the first season’s DVD box set as well as the cover of a tie-in reedition of the novel A Game of Thrones. His character ends during the 9th episode of the first season.
